Dining à la Dickens

Cover for Swerve magazine, for a feature on a food/Christmas/Victorian novel loving couple who prepared a Christmas feast based on A Christmas Carol! On the menu: to start, a Smoking Bishop and Roasted Chestnuts, then a main course of Roasted Goose with Sage-Onion Stuffing and Port Gravy, and Mrs. Bridge’s Flaming Plum Pudding for dessert!
